Every so often, I'll post a question or a survey. Simply email me with your best response (don't forget to include your address in case you win). At the end of the survey period, I'll draw winners who will receive valuable prizes (keep in mind that "valuable" is a relative term). Check out what I have to offer for the current survey!!

COMPLETE MY SURVEY & BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES. Take a minute to complete the survey found below, and your name will automatically be entered into a drawing for one of the following prizes:
Grand Prize: “Scarface” Car Air Freshener -- I bet when you saw the classic Al Pacino movie “Scarface,” you thought, “Wow! I wish I could get my car to smell like that movie.” Well, now one lucky winner can. And just because the movie is 23 years old, that’s no reason to suspect that this car air freshener has been sitting on the convenience store shelf for that long. Although I will say that I did take a pass on the “Mannix” Doughnut Holes, just to be on the safe side.
Less Grand Prize: Two birthday candles, one that’s an “8” and one that’s an “0” (we’ve used the rest of the numbers). Whether you’re 8 or 80, you’ll love these festive candles.
Least Grand Prize: I’m not exactly sure what this prize is because I don’t speak Spanish. It’s a DVD entitled, “Los Tres Chifaldos,” and from the picture on the box, it appears to be a cartoon version of The Three Spanish-Speaking Stooges. All I can tell you for sure is that it’s “100 minutos de dibujos animados.”

At the end of the survey period, all eligible entrants will be put in a drawing for one of the three Grand Prizes listed above! Make sure you include a street address or P.O. Box, so I’ll know where to send the prize in the event you’re a winner! Good luck!
